7 Only but helpful Things to consider before Buying a Phone

Factors to consider before Buying a Phone
Consider buying a helpful smartphone

With the current increase in the number of smartphone markets, buying a phone with a high-grade level is something that everyone is hoping to achieve.

If you have not been cautious while buying a new phone you will end up lamenting. Sometimes, you'll want to switch from one model of phone to another to find the best that will be comfortable for you, and unfortunately, the old one turns out to be performing best for you.

If you are considering buying a new smartphone observing these factors before making a payment will ensure you a better choice.

1. Battery Capacity

Although some people disregard the idea of choosing a phone with a high-capacity battery because they don't have a problem with charging resources. It's better if you get a phone that at least needs to be recharged once a day.

The battery capacity is something you are supposed to put in place while you consider purchasing a new phone. because the higher the capacity of the phone battery the more comfortable you have using the phone.

A mobile phone with an incapacitated battery will frequently need to be recharged, and this will not be good for the life of a battery as frequent recharge reduces its durability.

The common smartphone battery usually ranges from 2400mAh to 7000mAh.

Depending on the activities you do with the phone. The battery that works for someone might not work for another. Some might demand a phone for only necessary uses like calls and other basic activities. A 45000mAh battery might be enough for them.

Likewise, a person who browses the internet for many hours or does online games should consider buying a phone with a 6000mAh battery to above. Smartphones with a 4500mAh battery and above are considered to be of high durability.

2. Processor and Internal memory (RAM & ROM)

While struggling to get a new phone with a long-lasting battery, you shouldn't ignore choosing a smartphone with a large processor.

The processor is responsible for the smooth running of the phone device. One thing you should know is that the stability of the phone's battery depends on the number of processors it has, the faster your device runs the greater life your battery will have, and the presence of a large processor in a phone helps your battery to last longer.

Smartphones with 3GB RAM or higher are expected to work smoother than lesser ones.

Here are the categories of RAMs based on the device usage, you should look for a phone with a processor based on your activities.

1GB & 2GB RAM (small processor)  compatible with essential uses only such as phone calls, sending text messages, watching offline movies, ordinary picture snapshots, and any other activities that do not need high loading time.

3GB & 4GB RAM (medium)

This type of processor is required for essential uses and for people who are doing complicated activities that consume high energy such as live streaming, making video, and audio calls, and playing games.

8GB RAM and above

If you do excessive work with your phone, this class of processor fits you.

Meanwhile, internal storage plays important role in the smooth running of mobile phones. Because if you exhausted the phone storage you will experience slowness in the processing of anything.

Smartphone with large memory supports people who download large files like movies and regularly snaps pictures and video records.

3. Camera

People are always excited to purchase a phone that has a camera with high pixels. Though the pixels have a great influence in determining the quality of the camera, we may say not only the higher pixels determined the quality of the phone camera. There are other factors that you should look at while checking the distinction of phone cameras which include; a large sensor, white aperture, front LED flash, 4k video recording, and face detection. All those features inclusive of high pixels tell us that the camera is perfect enough to go with.

4. Spare parts availability

This is a great thing you should consider especially if you want to purchase a smartphone online.

Before paying for it go around and ask your local phone sellers and repairers whether or not its spare parts are obtainable in your locale so that you should never hang out in case your phone needs to be repaired.

5. Long-lasting

Some odd smartphones might be decorated with attractive features to lure buyers, but at the end of the day, you may find out that they do not make any sense when compared to others.

Some such kinds of new phones will start showing defects in the first weeks of usage, instead of you finding it as they showcased in the advert, it will start giving you an acute headache and hypertension.

Some might ignore this aspect, but considering the durability of the phone before getting it will surely assist you in making the best choice.

6. Brand Popularity

Buying a mobile phone online or from local sellers that are made by new unpopular companies is like playing a game of crickets, win or lose. So if you're the kind of individual who doesn't like game tricks you should overlook the phones from an unpopular company.

In my opinion, I prefer to purchase a mobile phone from a company that has at least three years of experience, because they use to discover their defaults from each brand of phone they made until they met the standard quality. So if you consider getting a new phone, there are many popular and standard brands to look for such as Apple, Tecno, Samsung, Infinix, Huawei, Gionee, Xiaomi, etc.

7. Network strength

You should consider purchasing a mobile phone that has no network defects in making local calls and has a strong network for internet connections.

Usually, all the latest smartphones support 4G LTE  and 5G internet networks, which are the best options for accelerated internet browsing and live streaming services.

Bonus: second-hand value

If you're not retaining a phone device for a long time and you make changes regularly, getting a phone that has second-hand value will help you to reduce the rate of making a great loss if you wanted to sell it.

Go to the market and make a survey, compare the price of both the new and old ones, if the gap between the two prices is not wide enough, at least you know that you will resell it at a convenient price.

Online shops to buy a smartphones

Aside from buying a mobile phone device from local marketers, there are many reliable online shops you can get your new mobile phone at an affordable price. Below are some of them with their different website addresses respectively:

  1. Amazon (www.amazon.com
  2. eBay  (www.ebay.com)

Final Thought

Finally, as we know that everyone has his thoughts and preferences, likewise in my opinion I'm suggesting that once you're ready to buy a phone you strictly adhere to the most critical factors that guarantee you a successful performance of your device. Consider purchasing a smartphone that has:

The battery with a capacity of 5000mAh to above.

Processor 3GB RAM to above and internal memory of 64GB to above.

If you care much about picture snaps and video recordings you should also consider a camera with high megapixels, a large sensor, a white aperture, front LED flash, and 4k video recording.
